Job summary

Odeabank is seeking an experienced Manager – Treasury Middle Office & Collateral Management to lead critical treasury functions and drive transformations. You will coordinate collateral activities with CBRT and regulators, manage ISDA/CSA/GMRA negotiations, and act as the bridge to IT for technology delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in banking, strong English, and a track record in regulatory compliance and treasury product life cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of banking experience with Treasury Middle Office exposure.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury products and life cycles.
• Hands-on Collateral Management experience.
• Solid ISDA/CSA/GMRA documentation knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Strong FX position calculation and regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in treasury transformation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Treasury Middle Office functions and processes.
• Manage end-to-end Collateral Management activities.
• Coordinate ISDA, CSA, GMRA negotiations and documentation.
• Coordinate collateral activities with CBRT, Takasbank, and regulators.
• Oversee FX position calculation and risk monitoring.
• Drive transformation initiatives and implementation of tech solutions.
• Act as liaison between Treasury and IT, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.
• Enhance controls and operational efficiency through continuous improvements.
