Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management or financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity management, foreign exchange, and hedging contracts.
  • Experience with cashflow management, financial income/expenses and net financial position management.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and managing bank relations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and financial systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
Job Description
  • Manage the net financial position and handle financial income/expenses.
  • Oversee liquidity processes, payments, FX positions, and group receivables.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and manage corporate services received by employees.
  • Manage the Export Price Acceptance Certificate (İBKB) process.
  • Send instructions to the bank at the appropriate times and track transaction results.
  • Receive and report daily bank statements at the beginning of the day.
  • Bind and negotiate currency exchanges at the best possible pricing based on market conditions.
  • Prepare letters of guarantee for customs and legal purposes, and conduct monthly reconciliations with banks.
  • Ensure on-time payments to third parties, avoiding penalties (e.g., Social Security, taxes, salaries, export payments).
  • Track daily hedging contracts to protect P&L from FX fluctuations.
  • Support deposit investments by obtaining competitive rates from banks.
  • Contribute to the digitalization transformation of the treasury department.
  • Review and prepare bank agreements, such as GLAs.
  • Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity and FX position reports.
  • Generate group reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare monthly deposit and loan accrual reports for the accounting department during month-end closing periods.
  • Prepare and share the list of letter of credit guarantees with HQ on a quarterly basis.
