Position Summary

As the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of treasury operations and financial controlling for Straumann Group’s Turkey operations. This includes cash flow management, financial forecasting, internal controls, and compliance, as well as providing accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury Management
  • Oversee daily cash management activities and optimize cash positioning
  • Manage relationships with local banks and financial institutions
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, FX exposures, and liquidity
  • Lead short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting
  • Support global treasury initiatives and ensure compliance with group treasury policies
  • Manage the credit and collection activities for the country
  • Heighten and maximize performance in DSO, overdue, cash and other AR metrics
Controlling
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes are timely and accurate
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Partner with business units and commercial teams to improve cost efficiency and margin performance
Compliance & Internal Controls
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and Group policies
  • Strengthen internal control systems and coordinate internal/external audits
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance control and reporting efficiency
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance roles with a focus on treasury and controlling
  • Prior experience in multinational or matrix organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
