General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from universities with a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and learning management systems
  • High communication, coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative and innovative mindset
  • Closely monitoring developments both domestically and internationally, along with trends in education
  • Knowledge about planning, tracking, and reporting
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed
  • Preferably living on the Asian side of Istanbul

Job Description:

  • Strategically determining and projecting training needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define the scope of training content; managing training design processes with trainers and instructors
  • Continuously monitoring new applications, regulatory changes, regulations, and product updates to plan necessary training accordingly
  • Determining training calendars, training groups, and participants; designing training materials and effectively coordinating these processes
  • Planning training sessions and managing all related processes
  • Regular reporting based on detailed analyses of trainer performance, training outcomes, and efficiency
