A leading travel and tourism company is looking for a Training and Development Assistant Manager to lead training initiatives. With over 6 years of relevant experience, candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include determining training needs, managing training design processes, and reporting on effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for candidates living on the Asian side of Istanbul.
