We are currently seeking a Trading Operations and Contract Management Business Partner (Global) to join our team at the İstanbul Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete new market registrations according to the company’s business plan
  2. Negotiate contract terms with companies
  3. Engage in initiatives to minimize risks to the company's interests in contract management
  4. Manage the process of mutual contract signing with companies
  5. Create contract layouts for end users & power & gas, domestic/cross-border market products and services
  6. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Modify contracts to adapt to changing market conditions, legislation, and operational & commercial terms
  8. Ensure contractual compliance between the commercial and legal departments
  9. Handle invoicing processes, including preparation, follow-up, and informing the accounting department
  10. Follow up on bank guarantee letter management
  11. Manage deal capture processes, including deal approvals and protocols
  12. Conduct technical settlements
  13. Prepare reports (financial, operational, etc.)

Who are we looking for?

  1. 1-3 years of experience in Operations and Contract Management
  2. Preferably, knowledge of the energy sector, power and gas trading, and environmental commodities
  3. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and Power BI
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills
  6. Analytical thinking
  7. Careful and detail-oriented
  8. Strong planning and follow-up skills
  9. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  10. Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
  11. No restrictions on travel
