Job summary

Saipem is a global leader in engineering and construction for energy and infrastructure. This role focuses on safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems on complex projects, including offshore assets.

You will lead on-site teams, drive safety culture, and ensure cyber security alignment across operations, reporting to the site leadership with a strong emphasis on HSE compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in automation or related roles.
• Experience with Instrumentation and Control Systems is preferred.
• FPSO/FPU experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning, start-up and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems in compliance with HSE and standards.
• Promote safety leadership and support team performance and competency.
• Act as Cyber Security Officer (CySO) per IMO vessels where applicable.
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors, during maintenance operations.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and CMMS records.
