What You’ll Do

  • Execute on-road field tests and simulation scenarios to validate ADS functions and vehicle performance
  • Prepare test setups, execute scenarios, analyze results, and feed insights into the development cycle
  • Convert scenario catalogs into OpenSCENARIO format and help design new, real-world-representative test cases
  • Contribute to safety and security validation, supporting ISO-based test plans (e.g. ISO 26262, ISO 21448)
  • Generate structured and traceable test reports, presentations, and summaries—always with quality in mind
  • Track issues and improvements using collaborative platforms, contributing directly to engineering decisions
  • Produce evidence and traceability artifacts for the system's Safety Case
  • Align with the V-model to support each stage from requirement to validation

What We’re Looking For

  • BSc (MSc preferred) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electrical-Electronics, Computer, or Industrial Engineering
  • Passion for testing, debugging, and validation in complex systems
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with:
  • Vehicle dynamics, Electric/Autonomous Vehicles, or Robotics
  • ROS, CARLA, Python, or simulation tools
  • Automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO 21448) is a big plus
  • Experience with technical documentation and traceability practices
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • B-class driver’s license & willingness to travel for field tests
  • Candidates residing in or around Bilişim Vadisi (Gebze/Kocaeli) are preferred.
