Your Role and Impact

In this role, you will be a key driver of growth in Turkey, responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, executing sales strategies, and contributing to regional business success.

Responsibilities
  • Drive core growth by managing existing accounts and capturing new opportunities within the territory
  • Execute commercial strategies aligned with annual sales and financial targets
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, including regular business reviews and forecasts
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure outstanding satisfaction
  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage opportunities, pipelines, and territory performance
  • Provide timely market insights to support pricing and commercial decision-making
  • Actively engage in Growth Room activities and implement countermeasures for underperformance
  • Represent Beckman Coulter at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Follow company policies and standard work to ensure compliance and excellence
  • Leverage Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive sales execution and operational rigor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5+ years of professional experience, or Master\u2019s degree with 3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role
  • Strong track record in direct or channel-based sales, ideally within laboratory diagnostics or healthcare
  • Experience with market planning, opportunity management, and account growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
