We are currently seeking a B2C Telesales Team Lead to join our team in Kadıköy, Istanbul. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, hitting sales targets, and creating an energetic and high-performing work environment.

What You’ll Do?

  • Lead and support a telesales team focused on the Turkish market,
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets,
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and monitor performance,
  • Analyze sales metrics and identify improvement areas,
  • Coach and develop team members for continued growth,
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle,
  • Occasionally travel for training if needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience,
  • Proven track record in B2C telesales with solid performance results,
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring sales teams,
  • Excellent command of both Turkish and English,
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills,
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data,

  • Experience in training and onboarding sales professionals.
