Role Description:

In line with Ford Otosan's vision of being the most valuable and most preferred industrial company, this role ensures the implementation of standards for safe, high-quality, and sustainable production at the Kocaeli-Yeniköy Factory. It aims to develop employees' competence, authority, and responsibility for a self-sufficient organization.

Responsibilities

1. Support and guide the Operational Technology and Automation Team to eliminate malfunctions and problems.
2. Control and analyze efficiency, breakdowns, bottlenecks, and maintenance progress in MOS meetings with the team.
3. Plan EM budget.
4. Conduct proposal, analysis, and decision-making activities related to spare part detection.
5. Organize efficiency, localization, and alternative product studies based on spare part consumption analysis.
6. Establish and optimize planned maintenance activities and revise them as needed.
7. Plan R&M budget.
8. Support in resolving chronic failures and provide expertise where needed.
9. Determine and promote predictive maintenance activities, including feasibility and project studies.
10. Create Maximo maintenance plans for special maintenance activities outside of planned maintenance.
11. Enhance the technical skills of the field team.
12. Manage project commissioning processes.
13. Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems comply with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, and ISO 50001 standards.
14. Monitor production processes, support solutions for bottlenecks and chronic malfunctions.
15. Stay updated on technological developments, innovations, and industry competitors; propose and implement necessary applications.

Education

Graduated from electrical, electronic, control-automation, or mechatronics engineering departments.
