Job Description

Technician

• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner
• Perform plumbing services and hotel turns
• Service residents with a friendly, customer-oriented approach
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies as directed by management
• Maintain pools, spas, and related areas if applicable

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge
• Strong plumbing skills and experience
