Job description

What You Will Do

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in advancing Renault Trucks Türkiye, by:

  1. Developing technical competence within the dealer network to align with Renault Trucks' standards by designing annual training programs and gap trainings.
  2. Enhancing training content and processes to keep the network informed about new technologies.
  3. Managing technical training operations, including invitations, accommodations, invoicing, certifications, and administrative tasks.
  4. Supporting commercial training initiatives and contributing to related reporting activities.
  5. Administering the Training School, ensuring necessary equipment, invoices, and facilities are maintained.
  6. Participating in global Train the Trainer activities to stay updated and ensure market relevancy.
  7. Serving as the key user for the Learning Management System.

Who are you?

  1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Teaching
  2. Experience in the heavy vehicle or automotive industry, with strong technical knowledge
  3. Prior experience in competence development or training department
  4. Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  5. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  6. Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, PowerBI is a plus
  7. Ability to travel as required
