We are a dynamic and fast-growing software vendor providing solutions for data discovery, enterprise search, classification, masking, anonymization and data remediation.
Our patented AI- and NLP-powered platform, GEODI, enables organizations to discover, understand and protect sensitive information across structured and unstructured data sources. GEODI is designed to process large-scale enterprise data with speed, accuracy and reliability.
We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who will take ownership of the installation, configuration, integration, adoption and technical support activities of GEODI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade and maintain GEODI solutions in customer environments
- Manage technical implementation and integration activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate product configurations and use cases
- Support integrations with enterprise systems, databases, file systems, mail platforms and other data sources
- Analyze technical incidents using application, operating system, web server, database and network logs; identify root causes and follow issues through to permanent resolution
- Reproduce reported problems in test environments and document technical findings
- Work closely with development and product teams when product-level investigation is required
- Coordinate technical processes with customers, business partners and internal teams
- Demonstrate GEODI's capabilities and support customer onboarding and feature adoption
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations, technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Monitor product usage, identify adoption challenges and recommend practical improvements
- Prepare installation documents, user guides, technical reports and support records
- Communicate incident and project status clearly, managing customer expectations — including during critical/urgent issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical support, implementation or professional services for enterprise software
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows and Windows Server environments; experience installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting enterprise software
- Experience analyzing application, OS, web server and database logs to identify root causes
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, firewalls, ports, proxies and connectivity troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, user permissions, service accounts and authentication mechanisms
- Understanding of enterprise security concepts, access controls and secure deployment practices
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and business partners during installation, integration and support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-focused, practical and solution-oriented working style; strong ownership and follow-up skills, particularly during critical incidents
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, web applications, Windows services and certificate management
- Experience with virtualized or cloud-based server environments (VMware, Hyper-V or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar database technologies
- - Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write basic queries and investigate database-related issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 or other enterprise mail systems
- Experience with DLP, SIEM, cybersecurity, data classification or information governance solutions
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and API-based solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid enterprise infrastructures
- Previous involvement in data discovery, data security, data remediation or sensitive-data protection projects
What We Value
We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with operational responsibility and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate does not simply install the product or respond to support requests. They take ownership of the entire technical process, help customers turn their requirements into effective GEODI use cases and ensure that the implemented solution is actively and efficiently used.
They coordinate the relevant parties, maintain clear communication, follow technical issues through to resolution and contribute to long-term customer success.
