Job summary

Mech-Mind Robotics is seeking a Supportive Solutions Engineer to bolster outside sales efforts and bridge sales with engineering. You will coordinate technical demonstrations, craft proposals, and deliver deep technical guidance to customers during the sales cycle.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years in a technical sales environment, with travel up to 50%. Istanbul, Türkiye based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or similar in a technical sales environment.
• Strong understanding of automation solutions such as conveying, AS/RS, sortation, robots, and goods-to-person.

Responsibilities

• Support sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.
• Develop and implement processes between sales and solutions engineering.
• Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations and proposals for customers and prospects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify customer requirements and propose solutions that address them.
• Assist in conceptual sales technology specifications of proposals and support sales in contract negotiations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Istanbul, Türkiye, willingness to travel up to 50%.
