Qualifications

• İlgili alanda 3 yıl deneyim veya elektromekanik eğitimi.
• Asansör elektrik sistemleri için çizim ve şartname anlayışı.

Responsibilities

• Asansörlerin elektrik sistemlerinin kurulumu, bakımı ve onarımından sorumlu.
• Müşterilerle ve kurulum ekipleriyle iletişim kurarak projeleri kolaylaştırmak.

For our technical team, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our office in Cayirova Kocaeli – Istanbul – Turkey.

Your role:

• Will have general responsibility for the user-friendly installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and associated equipment of elevators.
• You will communicate with clients and installation teams remotely and facilitate international lift installation projects.
• Efficiently respond to and handle various service requests as required.
• Document and update all technical manuals for the company.
• Provide technical support and training to external partners and internal colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing.
• Perform other assigned tasks if required.
• Completed electromechanical studies or 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of elevator electrical systems or similar.
• Ability to understand and create drawings and specifications to utilize proper equipment and safety procedures for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator control systems and machinery.
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Turkish and English.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• You are legitimized to work in Turkey. Our office is located in Cayirova Kocaeli – Istanbul – Turkey.
