The Technical Sales Expert Hard Material Solutionsimplements the regional sales strategy and expands or maintains market shares in his or her area of responsibility within SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa) region. He/she acquires new customers and is the active customer advisor in commercial and technical issues for existing customers. The position requires travelling within the region (main focus Turkiye and Middle East). In this position you will report to Sales Manager SEMEA.

  • Support annual budgeting and implement strategic sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and uncover new business opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through expert technical support and proactive follow-ups
  • Collaborate across departments and represent us at industry events
Qualifications:
  • Background in economics or engineering with international industrial experience
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Turkish & English, with a willingness to travel (30%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Based in Istanbul or willing to work in a hybrid model
