Job Description

Your Mission

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for technical equipment, spare parts, and services related to both operations and capital investments (CAPEX).
  • Collaborate with Lesaffre’s global technical purchasing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic sourcing goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with Lesaffre’s ethical and sustainable sourcing policies.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts that drive value and ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (maintenance, engineering, warehouse, quality control, and finance) to ensure seamless procurement-to-payment processes.
  • Monitor contract timelines and proactively initiate tender processes to secure competitive sourcing.
  • Lead and support cost optimization initiatives, balancing efficiency with environmental and social responsibility.
  • Contribute to the implementation of procurement best practices, digital tools, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure transparency, compliance, and traceability in all procurement-related documentation and reporting, including CAPEX spend.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of technical procurement experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP MM and Powerapps is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally and globally
  • Awareness of CSR principles, ethical sourcing, and supplier risk management
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach, driven by continuous improvement
