Job summary

• Support project execution through accurate BOQ and material estimation.
• Perform structural calculations using specialized engineering software.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and submittals in line with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with field teams and other core business units.
• Communicate engineering solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote design service charges where applicable.
• Apply a solution-oriented approach to project challenges.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and engineering processes

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degreeis a plus)
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced product knowledge and hands-on experience (e.g., Fixperience)
  • Proficiency in RSTAB, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Naviswork, BIM-Revit, and Planshift
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  Ability to perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses, read DWG details, and interpret technical specifications and compliance statements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Communication Skills:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Regulation & Code Awareness:
  Deep understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
