Job summary

Windsor.ai is seeking a Technical Content Lead to own the content function. You will define the content roadmap for blogs, integrations pages, and comparison content, and lead a mix of freelance and in-house writers.

The role emphasizes technical fluency, data storytelling, and producing content that drives organic signups. You will shape the content strategy for audiences of marketers and data analysts, with a focus on APIs, ETL, dashboards, and data integrations.

Qualifications

• SaaS Content Experience: track record building or scaling content programs at a software or martech company.
• Technical Fluency: ability to read product docs about API integrations, data pipelines, or dashboards and turn them into content readers want to read.
• People Management: led or managed writers and freelancers, briefing, editing, and holding a high bar.

Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar across the blog, integrations pages, and comparison content.
• Recruit, brief, and manage a bench of freelance and in-house writers with deep marketing data and integrations expertise.
• Edit and quality-check every piece to ensure accuracy, on-brand voice, and reader-friendly delivery.
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution to double down on what converts.
