YEO is seeking a Technical and Commercial Manager, Solar to join the team.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical-electronics engineering, electronic engineering, or industrial engineering from a relevant university.
- Preferably, 10-12 years of sales experience in the Solar Power Plant ecosystem.
- Experience working with local or international customers, understanding their investment and purchasing behaviors.
- Networking with various stakeholders in the ecosystem, including suppliers, project developers, investors, and regulators.
- Deep knowledge of regulations in the solar ecosystem and different models such as ESCO, EPC+F, PD+EPC.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, customer-oriented, with the ability to persuade effectively.
- Sufficient knowledge of contract law, proficiency in both written and spoken Turkish and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- No travel restrictions and ability to drive actively within Turkey and abroad.
The role within the team:
- As a 'Technical and Commercial Manager', support internal departments such as Sales, Business Development, and Bidding for Solar Power Plant projects, including EPC and Project Development+EPC segments like Self-consumption, Solar Power Plants+BESS, and Hybrid Solar Power Plants.
- Consult departments on regulations, new technologies, supply chain, and contracts related to the Solar Business Unit, ensuring continuous and profitable project lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement targeted local marketing strategies for the Solar Business Unit portfolio.
- Analyze customers, monitor market and competition, identify trends and market needs, and develop future-oriented sales strategies for target markets.
- Assist in proposal preparation, monitor negotiation processes, and ensure order generation.
- Establish reliable and strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new market potentials and develop concepts for new business models.
