We are looking for a "Team Leader" to be assigned in our Antalya Operation.

General Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from the faculty of economics and administrative sciences
  • Proficient in English (Mastery of a second language including Russian/German/Arabic is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Developed leadership skills, minimum 3 years of experience in team management
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented work approach
  • Developed analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
  • Being able to adapt to shift work system
