About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team at Arvato. This role focuses on IT & white-collar recruitment and will also contribute to career development and training initiatives. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing mainly on IT & white-collar positions, with occasional blue-collar hiring (approx. 20%).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Publish engaging job postings, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct interviews.
- When needed, support recruitment processes for our global regions and serve as a local HR partner.
- Conduct interviews in English,
- Select candidates in line with company values and role expectations, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Organize onboarding programs and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, talent projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience is a strong plus).
- Knowledge of job analysis and workforce planning.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
