About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team at Arvato. This role focuses on IT & white-collar recruitment and will also contribute to career development and training initiatives. If you're passionate about talent, data-driven HR, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing mainly on IT & white-collar positions, with occasional blue-collar hiring (approx. 20%).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
  • Publish engaging job postings, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct interviews.
  • When needed, support recruitment processes for our global regions and serve as a local HR partner.
  • Conduct interviews in English,
  • Select candidates in line with company values and role expectations, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Organize onboarding programs and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities, talent projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience is a strong plus).
  • Knowledge of job analysis and workforce planning.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
