Join Our Global Recruitment Team as an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

Are you a high-achieving recruiter with a passion for connecting multilingual talent across Asia? We're expanding our recruitment teams and seeking dedicated freelancers to manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership position, earn competitive fees, and receive quarterly and annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Advertise job openings on various international platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications.
  • Organize and conduct initial interviews.
  • Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
  • Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
  • Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience recruiting for the European market.
  • Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
  • Proficiency in English and other any other languages.
