We are seeking a dynamic System and Network Manager to join our partner’s team and lead critical IT operations. You will manage infrastructure performance, including servers, networks, and backup systems like Veeam, while driving system continuity and disaster recovery. This role also involves overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and optimizing contracts for cost-effective solutions.

Beyond operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing ISO 27001-aligned security policies, conducting audits, and managing risks to safeguard data. You will lead infrastructure modernization projects, collaborate with external partners, and enhance team awareness through training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, networks, backup systems, and software.
• Oversee platforms like Huawei, Fortinet, Windows, Office 365, and Veeam, ensuring performance optimization and disaster recovery readiness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, manage contracts, monitor service levels, and evaluate providers to propose cost-effective solutions.
• Actively coordinate with managed service providers to ensure smooth operations, prevent disruptions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement information security policies aligned with ISO 27001 standards, monitor compliance, and manage risks to safeguard sensitive data.
• Handle internal and external audits, ensuring all processes meet required security standards.
• Lead projects to improve and modernize IT infrastructure, ensuring completion within budget and timelines.
• Provide regular training to enhance security awareness across teams and offer technical support as needed.
• Report on vendor performance, system evaluations, and security status to senior management.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to offer strategic recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and information security processes.
• Proven experience in SLA management and performance monitoring.
• Preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL (Foundation or Intermediate), and technical credentials in Huawei, Fortinet, Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA), or Veeam technologies.
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Open to new technologies and innovations.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, capable of handling technical documentation and communication.
