Responsibilities

• Takes the necessary actions to keep the availability of the product at the highest level.
• Supports the commercial team together with the Sales and Supply Support Group Leader and acts as the communication channel between the Store and the Country RSI/Planning Team.
• Analyzes and evaluates sales fluctuations to prevent being out of stock or overstocking.
• Shares possible out-of-stock situations with the Sales department and ensures that precautions are taken beforehand.
• Carries out all systemic stock movements accurately and on time.
• Plans daily shipments.
• Prepares weekly sales forecast reports and enters the sales quantities into the system by predicting them.
• Prepares performance indicators that are monitored weekly.
• Prepares activities in advance in accordance with the commercial calendar and ensures that the products arrive on time.
• Supply Chain Specialist works in the Online Sales Warehouse.
• Reports to the Sales and Supply Support Group Leader.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 years of logistics experience
• University degree (4 year Bachelor’s degree)
• Fluency in English
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical thinking
• Customer oriented with strong communication skills
