Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable universities,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain multi-functions (3PL Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Supplier Management etc.) preferably in an international company,
  • Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with diverse groups and cross functional teams,
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with accuracy and consistency,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supply chain management and logistics operations,
  • Implement and drive innovative current/future projects coordinatively with all related parties to build clear and structured business plans,
  • Strategically plan cost, budget, inventory, lead time, and process improvement areas,
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes with a comprehensive view of all main streams: availability, stock management, operational cost, and process quality,
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Operations departments, building effective communication with all levels of the organization,
  • Align and cooperate effectively with internal customers, service providers, and teammates,
  • Follow, report, and develop systems to track financial/operational KPI’s,
  • Proceed with analytical reporting needed for business purposes. Create report templates and deliver information based on data analysis,
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments in supply chain and logistics activities,
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of processes and information systems and how sector trends can be implemented to gain efficiencies.
