Job summary

UNIXPADEL in Istanbul is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and optimization of reinforced concrete and steel structures for projects across 90+ countries. You will perform advanced structural analysis using ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, and Advance Steel, ensure Eurocode compliance, and collaborate with architects, MEP, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design.
• Strong expertise in seismic design and structural calculations.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, and/or STAAD.Pro; Tekla Structures, Advance Steel (Autodesk), IDEA StatiCa.
• Solid knowledge of Eurocode (EN 1990, EN 1991, EN 1993) and local standards.
• Experience with steel structures and industrial systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
