Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in Istanbul seeks a Business Management Associate to support strategic planning, management reporting, and governance activities within the Business Management Department.

You will partner with the Country Business Manager and senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, monitor progress, and deliver insights that inform decisions while contributing to strong controls and committee governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, MIS, or economics.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international organization.
• Experience in business management, planning, performance management, reporting, or financial analysis in financial services.
• Strong project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis, planning, and project activities aligned to country priorities.
• Monitor business performance and prepare high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Track progress against strategy and provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of local market developments and updates to business leaders.
• Coordinate deal and pipeline reporting including revenue and expense tracking.
• Assist with annual budgeting and variance analysis.
• Support governance processes with materials and meeting minutes.
• Assist with risk and control activities and regulatory reviews.
• Support resiliency and disaster recovery activities and testing.
