Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships.
• PM tools and methodologies with PMP/PRINCE2 advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable; willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating efforts to meet objectives.
• Monitoring progress, addressing risks and issues to keep projects on track.
• Engaging stakeholders with updates and ensuring alignment with goals.
• Preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior management.
