Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Production Controller for our Ankara manufacturing site. You will partner with Supply Chain and Production management to optimize financial performance, inventory valuation and process improvements.

You will oversee monthly closes, forecasting, reporting, and SOX controls related to Inventory and Production. We value a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in manufacturing Controlling, strong costing knowledge, ERP experience, and fluency in English and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling in manufacturing or as Production Controller.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, volume and manufacturing cost.
• Experience in driving process improvements and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of internal controls (SOX).
• Experience with Power BI and reporting systems; Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Production management to support decisions.
• Ensure monthly close, inventory valuation and reporting accuracy.
• Lead forecast and budget processes including reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls related to Inventory and Production.
• Drive process improvements across methods and systems.
• Manage project controlling, including business cases and COGS calculations.
• Oversee annual standard price calculation process.
