Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Procurement Supervisor for Ingredients & Seasonings in Turkey. You will support regional Category Leads in executing long-term and short-term sourcing strategies, leveraging GP processes to optimize resources and network usage.

You will develop multi-year category strategies, lead tenders and contracts, and ensure alignment with global GP strategies to meet financial KPIs. The role requires building local networks, ensuring supply and quality, and driving productivity.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of procurement experience.
• Ability to develop multi-year category strategies for local categories.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and contract execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops category strategy over a multi-year horizon for Ingredients & Seasonings local to Turkey.
• Leads tenders and contracts to create competitive advantage for the business.
• Aligns local category strategies with global GP strategies and ensures GP KPI delivery.
• Builds local networks and teams to meet local needs and drive executional excellence.
• Manages supplier base and leverages global suppliers and COE teams as needed.
• Ensures GP policies, controls, and GCS framework are followed in category work.
• Leads monthly VE project reviews with R&D Region Leads and drives productivity and cash-flow targets.
• Supports and leads SAP/ISOP related procurement processes and LCG controls.
