Mattel is seeking an Associate Manager to lead external Consumer Products agencies across Turkey and South Africa. You will translate regional priorities into market plans, build partner pipelines, and drive sustainable royalty, revenue and brand growth.

You will work within the PEM team to align with global priorities, manage agency performance, and shape market strategies across categories. The role is hybrid with a focus on strategic governance and commercial expansion.

Formación

• 5+ years in consumer products, licensing, or agency management.
• Experience managing external agencies or distributors across multiple territories.
• Strong knowledge of licensing processes, negotiations and contract governance.
• Commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent influencing and relationship-management across cultures.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant subject.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary relationship owner for external Consumer Products agencies in Turkey and South Africa.
• Set objectives, commercial targets, operating rhythms and performance expectations for each agency.
• Lead regular business reviews, pipeline discussions and performance evaluations with transparency.
• Ensure agencies comply with Mattel policies, brand standards, contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
• Develop market-specific Consumer Products plans across categories and brands, reflecting local dynamics.
