Job summary

Mattel seeks an Associate Manager to lead its Consumer Products agency model in Turkey and South Africa. You will govern external agencies, translate regional priorities into market plans, and drive sustainable royalty and revenue growth across all CP categories.

You will collaborate with PEM and local teams to align priorities, build strong partner pipelines, and ensure program execution with brand standards and governance. This is a hybrid role with global impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in consumer products, licensing, sales, agency management or related field.
Experience managing external agencies or market representatives across multiple territories.
Strong knowledge of licensing processes, negotiations, forecasting and contract governance.

Responsibilities

Lead Agency Leadership & Governance for Turkey and South Africa.
Set objectives, targets, rhythms and performance expectations for agencies.
Run regular business reviews, pipeline discussions and evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Mattel policies, brand standards and reporting requirements.
Develop market-specific Consumer Products plans across categories and brands.
Identify category whitespace, recruit licensees and retailers, negotiate opportunities.
Own forecasts, royalties, revenue delivery and partner pipelines.
Share insights to prioritize opportunities and grow the business.
