Qualifications

• Senior leadership in Information and Digital Technology roles (CIO/CTO level or equivalent).
• Experience in technology governance, cybersecurity, risk management and data enablement.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise change initiatives.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior executives.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Commercial mindset balancing local market needs with group standards.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with country leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into a technology agenda and investment plan.
• Lead governance, demand management and portfolio prioritisation.
• Balance local market needs with group-wide standards and guardrails.
• Oversee technology services quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Drive technology-enabled innovation and process improvements.
• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response.
• Lead and develop the local Information and Digital Technology team.
