Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and optimize the company’s procurement strategy for raw materials in the FMCG sector. You will drive planning, supplier development, and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring supply continuity and alignment with production needs.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. English proficiency and analytical problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement management, preferably FMCG.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve procurement strategy and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Lead raw material procurement planning based on production requirements and forecasts.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate and develop new suppliers and alternative sources.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Control procurement costs and report savings opportunities.
