Job summary

Astemo Bursa, Osmangazi is seeking a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The role focuses on profitability, working capital, and financial analyses within an international team.

The position requires strong Excel and SAP skills, English fluency, and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive. On-site in Bursa with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Analytical mindset, detail oriented and strong business sense.
• Strong agility and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar discipline.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting process (revenue and cost) and ensure budget templates align with organizational goals.
• Lead forecast process (revenue and cost) with templates and follow-up.
• Lead actual reporting process and related follow-up and implementation.
• Report Balance Sheet for Budget, Forecast and Actual processes.
• Support profitability and working capital targets for the company.
• Perform financial analyses.
• Work on expenses, improvement points, cost savings and cost allocation.
• Provide financial summaries, reports and recommendations as needed.
• Responsible for Group Audit, IFRS Audit, Internal Audit and J-SOX.
• Lead actual and standard costing in SAP and ensure timely completion.
