Job summary

Roche is seeking a Communications Partner to drive strategic communication initiatives and shape compelling internal and external stories aligned with Roche’s global vision. You will lead the annual plan, digital campaigns, and agency governance to enhance corporate reputation.

The role requires 4–5 years in corporate communications, strong media relations, and fluent Turkish and English communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in an agile environment across Turkey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations.
• Strong experience in media relations, press management, and agency governance.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end digital communication projects, content strategies, and social media channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute measurable communication programs and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Create annual communication strategic plan aligned with Roche’s vision.
• Consult Roche’s digital communication activities in line with the Annual Communication Strategic Plan.
• Create and implement projects (including global project localization) that will increase Roche’s corporate reputation.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for business/products via brand reviews.
• Plan, coordinate and execute digital initiatives and social media management strategies.
• Lead 360‑degree external and internal communication activities & disease awareness projects with the Patient Affairs Team.
• Manage brand‑based communication crisis and issues.
• Drive crisis governance by organizing frameworks, processes and content across local channels.
• Oversee Roche‑contracted agencies (pitch processes, performance follow-up, fee agreements).
• Support CSR projects aligned with global guidance and evaluate sponsorship opportunities.
• Support internal employee engagement with People & Culture; plan internal events.
