Description

A dynamic and hardworking Steward to be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing and drying kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
• Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized at all times.
• Separating and disposing of garbage and waste properly.
• Using cleaning machines and chemicals correctly and safely.
• Ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety standards (including HACCP).
• Working carefully and diligently to prevent damage to equipment and materials.
• Assisting the kitchen team when necessary.
• Performing other duties as assigned by managers.
