Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to lead design, scaling, and automation of our AI/ML infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering teams to set best-in-class MLOps standards and tools, and mentor junior engineers.

You will drive secure, private, and resilient systems at enterprise scale, integrating AI-assisted developer tools and ensuring robust monitoring, deployment, and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Deep understanding of ML concepts and Generative AI.
• Experience in system design and high-scale data processing.
• Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions for training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design secure, private, and high-performance systems prioritizing user privacy.
• Act as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture with rigorous code reviews and test automation.
