Job summary

Peritia is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the rollout of a structural heart program in Turkey. You will build physician relationships, train staff, and promote best practices in a setting with autonomy and visibility to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or similar).
• 3–5 years in clinical support or medical device, preferably cardiology or structural heart.
• Comfortable in Cath lab or hybrid OR; scrubbing-in experience preferred.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support during procedures across Turkey, ensuring optimal device usage and patient safety.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and Cath lab staff on products, procedural technique, and best practices.
• Support new site onboarding and proctoring coordination alongside medical affairs and training teams.
• Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with clinical and commercial standards.
• Track sales orders, inventory levels, and product availability; support timely, accurate order processing.
• Identify and help qualify new treatment centers.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, client policies, and ethical standards.

Structural heart disease affects millions of people globally, yet many conditions remain significantly under-diagnosed and under-treated. Our client, a global leader in medical device therapies, is expanding its clinical and commercial footprint across Central and Eastern Europe and this role is the first clinical specialist position for this program in Turkey.

This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll be building physician relationships, training programs, and standard-of-care positioning in a market where this program is just getting established, with a high degree of autonomy and direct visibility to regional and global leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Education

• Provide on-site clinical support during procedures across Romania, ensuring optimal device usage and patient safety
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and Cath lab staff on products, procedural technique, and best practices
• Support new site onboarding and proctoring coordination alongside medical affairs and training teams

Distributor & Market Development

• Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with clinical and commercial standards
• Track sales orders, inventory levels, and product availability; support timely, accurate order processing
• Identify and help qualify new treatment centers

Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, client policies, and ethical standards

Qualifications
