We are looking for a Spare Part Logistic Specialist to work with our teams:

You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, automotive sector experience preferred.
  • Strong know-how about warehouse process
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to tasks at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Main Responsibilities;

  • Planning daily warehouse activities
  • Solving distribution and cargo-related problems, informing dealers about problems, carrying out transactions related to missing and damaged parts shipments
  • Monitoring cargo performance, checking cargo invoices and sending them for approval
  • Carrying out fictitious transactions in coordination with the import department
  • Preparing scrap, SMR, stock correction, domestic parts SMR forms
  • Planning stock arrangement activities
  • Regulation and development activities to increase warehouse performance
  • Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with environmental conditions in the warehouse environment, ensuring that all employees work with cost awareness
  • Carrying out year-end counting
  • Performing regular maintenance of equipment and ensuring that they are in working order
  • Monitoring the daily working hours of warehouse employees, reporting them daily and monthly
  • Evaluating and approving warehouse employees' Kaizen suggestions
