Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Solutions Analyst II to bridge product, business, and development teams in Markets Technology. You will elicit data requirements, translate to feasible solutions, and drive architecture discussions while ensuring security and compliance.

You will lead data analytics efforts, collaborate across business lines, and guide teams through change in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI capabilities for efficient requirements synthesis and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting insights from large datasets and making data-informed decisions.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for architecture and solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise data analytics and data flow design.
• Understanding of data sensitivity and security in handling outputs.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted outputs and escalate uncertainties.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions
• Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, dependency/change impact analysis, and solution documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practice
