Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements.
• Knowledge of industry trends and innovative solutions for complex projects.
• Modeling design and implementation of technical solutions across systems.
• Advanced data analytics on large datasets for decision-making.
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis and validation workflows.
• Mentoring in technical writing and analytical reasoning.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Knowledge of Swift, EFT message types and major financial domains.
• BS/BA in CS/CE or equivalent.

• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives

• Fluent in writing, speaking and listening in Turkish and English
• High level knowledge on Swift & Eft message types, FX, Money Market, Fixed Income trade flows, trade finance, loans
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
