You will join our Optimus team as a Software QA Tester, providing technical support, ensuring platform stability, and enhancing partner experiences. Your daily tasks will include:

• Testing customization and support requests from partners
• Collaborating with developers and QA Engineers to improve testing processes
• Communicating with business development, design, and technical teams
• Conducting manual testing of products/services
• Reporting and visualizing test results
• Preparing documentation and test scripts
• Managing technical integrations

We seek candidates who:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Have a keen eye for detail and can summarize error stages
• Possess basic knowledge of web technologies
• Have used Jira or similar task management tools
• Have testing experience
• Are fluent in Turkish and English
