EPAM Systems is seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a Python background to lead and grow our team in Turkey. This people-first role emphasizes coaching, career development, and building a high-performing engineering culture, alongside delivering impactful software solutions.

You will manage 5+ engineers, drive hiring, onboarding, and training, while maintaining delivery quality and client satisfaction. A strong leadership mindset and English proficiency are essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and AI solution engineering.
• Proven experience managing a team of 5+ people.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project management and software engineering practices.
• English level B2 or higher.

You will spend a big part of your time managing people, and it is as important as your technical expertise. We are not looking for a tech lead who only drives solutions.
