About Our Client

Our client is a global leader among international education service providers. The company vision is to be seen as the premium services provider for international student enrolments and English language testing.

Job Description

  1. Develops content across owned social channels including blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
  2. Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
  3. Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  4. Alerts marketing management to any major negative conversations about the brand and services and collaborates with the team to develop measures to protect and enhance company image online.
  5. Monitors competitive activity on social media and audience interactions.
  6. Suggests and develops online activities to counter competitive activities.
  7. Continuously updates own knowledge of social media best practices and latest trends and shares learnings with relevant team members to enhance company marketing efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
  2. Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing current best practices and understanding of digital production processes.
  4. Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  5. Knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Knowledge of English language is a must.
  8. 3 years' experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment.
  9. BA or BS with focus on communication: Advertising/Marketing.
  10. Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn.
