What you’ll do

• Operating within a 24/7/365 working day/night shift pattern. Log management, cyber intelligence, security monitoring activities of systems required by SOC services.
• Checking the accuracy, prioritizing, and classifying incoming alarms/events.
• Analyzing alerts and transferring relevant information to the appropriate units.
• Monitoring and reporting on current security threats, ensuring documentation for cyber defense is maintained.
• Performing Level-1 analysis of suspicious situations and alarms in shift.
• Producing and transmitting SOC system reports regularly.
• Documenting and disseminating reports and notifications of findings within SLA.
• Conducting daily detect & respond functions, working closely with SOC processes on SIEM and SOAR.
• Analyzing alerts and potential threats, including correlation across monitoring and threat detection tools.
• Identifying anomalies in event data to detect security issues.
• Reporting on threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Investigating incidents and supporting incident response actions.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Security Analysis, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of security issues such as Firewall, XDR, Threat Intelligence, and malware.
• Preferably holding field-related certificates such as SOC Analyst Certificate.
• Preferably with CCNA-level networking knowledge.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, motivation, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, capable of understanding documents and technology.
• Good command of English for interpreting global reports and technical articles.
• Experienced with SIEM and SOAR products.
• Preferably experienced with Malware Analysis, Open Source Threat Intelligence, and SOAR tools.
• Result-oriented, inquisitive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new knowledge.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as Anti-Virus, WAF, Firewall, XDR, PAM, Proxy, Threat Intelligence, Malware.
