Job Description

• Effectively utilize SAP and MS Office to contribute to reporting and business processes.
• Support service team for following up daily work.
• Define, implement, and keep service processes up-to-date.
• Participate in service KPIs reporting processes and maintain these processes.
• Assist service team with the entire ordering process of service orders.
• Develop new reporting/dashboards to streamline the analysis of service processes.
• Provide remote support to field teams.

Qualifications

• Senior student in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Preferably possess basic knowledge of SAP and Excel programs.
• Team-oriented, open to learning, and solution-oriented.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards self-improvement and responsibility.
• Adaptable to teamwork with excellent communication skills.
• Able to comply with working hours and work procedures.
