Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Intern to support Controlling activities with data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. You will help improve data collection, budgeting processes, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

The role invites 3rd/4th year students in relevant fields and requires strong English, analytical mindset, and teamwork. This internship emphasizes digitalization and continuous improvement in Controlling.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Controlling, data analytics, process improvement, and AI
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in working with tools such as Power BI, Python, and AI-powered solutions is an asset
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Analytical, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Support Controlling activities through financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Contribute to budget planning and help improve data collection and reporting processes
• Explore how AI and automation tools can be used to simplify Controlling activities and turn improvement ideas into practical solutions
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and digital tools for faster and more effective business insights
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process improvement
• Take part in continuous improvement projects to reduce manual work and increase efficiency within Controlling
