Job summary

A leading global technology company in Esenyurt is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and coordinate the Quality Improvement Plan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and expertise in ISO/IATF certification. Fluency in English is required, as well as strong analytical skills. This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract offering a dynamic work environment.

• You develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement Plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation, Group and Product Group, and promote Quality Culture.
• You ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate and/or delegate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC.
• You manage the Quality network in the site.
• You audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit).
• You ensure the respect of the 4M procedure for modifications.
• You represent Customers within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).
• You contribute to Warranty treatment activity with after sales team (Detection, Communication, QRQC).

You inspire us with that:

• You are a graduate of Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or similar field of engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in this area.
• You have prior experience in ISO / IATF certification.
• Experience on core tools, such as APQP, PPAP, 8D and relevant.
• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.
• You are rigorous, reactive, logical, pragmatic and standard and process oriented.
• You are able to work in a highly changing environment and keep your motivation at high levels.
• You are willing to travel domestically and abroad.

In addition...

• Experience in SAP knowledge is a plus.
